THE STORY OF JIMMY MITCHELL’S SAUCES & SPICES
Jimmy Mitchell is a native of Columbus, Ohio where he has served the community as a chef for over 30 years. Jimmy has worked and trained under some of the best Chefs in the state in the fine dining and hotel industries, as well as hospital and care facilities.
Jimmy began creating his original sauces and spices several years ago in his first restaurant when he found that his signature dish needed something more distinctive than what could be found on the grocery store shelves.
Through thoughtful creation and diligent experimentation, the WooHoo Sauce was born. Its popularity grew and before he knew it, Jimmy was bottling and shipping a multitude of original flavors across central Ohio.
Chef Jimmy takes pride in his products by using the best quality ingredients to ensure that each combination brings joy to a wide variety of customers. Every unique sauce and spice he creates reflects his passion for cooking and delicious flavors.
Prior to dedicating his life to the spices and sauces industry, he owned and operated CJ’s Carryout Restaurant and J&Y Catering in Columbus.
